My name is Rasheed and I am very much committed to the helping to empower our Youth with the various lectures and training I have developed to address Gang Prevention and Intervention Programming. Also, I have developed an Advocacy Program for Death Row initiative that has been embraced by the Department of Corrections, which address the thinking that ultimately leads to one's behavior.
